Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores seeks a C-Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a team to meet sales and quality goals.

You will manage store, fuel, restaurant, and fresh kitchen operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, stock and merchandise efficiently, and support the General Manager with scheduling and reporting. Teamwork and results focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store, or similar management.
• 1+ years managing operations with multi-million revenue.
• 1+ years supervising 5–10+ employees and budgets/P&L.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and kitchen.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities through inspections and maintenance.
• Drive product sales via efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Support General Manager with daily tasks, scheduling, and cash integrity.
• Analyze profitability and implement opportunities to improve margins.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and team development.
