Ideal candidates have 1+ years in store or retail management, with budget and P&L experience, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail management or supervisory role.
• 4+ years of experience in operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to supervise and train a team of 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well‑maintained facilities including restrooms and equipment.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand and analyze financial reporting including profit and loss statements.
