Bath & Body Works is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team, set performance expectations, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

The role requires retail leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience issues.
• Lead action plans with the Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and product storytelling.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
