• Own your designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals and deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Be prepared to cover multiple sales floor roles when needed.
