Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing store associates to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Support Omni-channel strategies including in-store and online.
• Help with inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends.
