• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all areas of store operations when needed.
• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll hours, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
