Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Support selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain communication with Store Manager on inventory and trends.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service per policy manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
