Jockey Kenosha is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our team as the Manager on Duty (MOD). You will lead store operations, drive sales, train and coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage onboarding, performance, and daily execution of merchandising, POS transactions, and corporate programs while upholding Jockey's standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a family-owned, globally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of successful retail management experience.
• Strong selling experience with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of attracting, developing and retaining talent.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership reflecting Jockey's values and culture.
• Build positive relationships with coworkers and guests to drive satisfaction.
• Lead guest service through coaching and accountability.
• Assist in recruiting and training store associates.
• Support onboarding and development of new hires.
