Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience or similar scope.
• Strong customer focus and brand alignment.
• Ability to coach and develop sales associates and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Own division responsibilities (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and team engagement.
• Lead product knowledge sessions and boost authentic customer connections.
