Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer in Spring Hill, FL, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the store team. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage store operations, and drive team performance while fostering a positive work environment. Ideal candidates will have customer service or sales experience, be at least 18 years old, and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to lead and mentor others to achieve results.
• Outstanding communicator capable of engaging with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Associate with passion for T-Mobile.
• Ensure customers' needs are met and build their confidence.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associate interactions with customers.
• Manage customer wait time and stay updated on products.
• Lead by example and ensure team engagement.
• Maintain store quality and adhere to visual standards.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems.
