You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a top-tier customer experience and guide the store team in achieving T-Mobile’s goals. Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction in-store.
