Krispy Kreme is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States to partner with the General Manager to deliver a WOW experience for guests and support daily shop operations.

This role emphasizes staff development, coaching, and fostering teamwork while driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent guest service. Opportunity to grow toward a General Manager role within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years in food service or retail is preferred.
• Commitment to an equitable, inclusive culture.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel: 0–10% and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and resolving staff disputes.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting: cash handling, reporting, revenue deposits, and inventory management.
• Ensure equipment and POS systems are functional and maintained.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
