Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, and a commitment to an inclusive culture while managing daily cash, inventory, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in food service or retail.
• Ability to lead and nurture an equitable culture.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support shop accounting: cash handling, reports, deposits, inventory control.
• Ensure equipment, POS, drive-thru, and operations are running smoothly.
• Uphold sanitation and guest service excellence.
