Job summary

Buckle in Keizer, Oregon is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role combines sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to motivate Teammates and drive results.

You will train teammates, recruit and respond to guests with legendary service, while upholding Buckle’s standards in visual presentation, loss prevention, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.
• Ability to train and lead Teammates and manage store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
