Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pearland, TX to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, guest service and store operations.

This role will focus on training Teammates, merchandising, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience across all areas of the store. You will share responsibility for recruiting, developing, and motivating team members and will act as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates on store standards and processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Teammates to achieve Buckle’s sales and service standards.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team with daily operations and staffing.
• Recruit and onboard new Teammates; support training and performance feedback.
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge and store presentation.
• Manage store priorities, schedule, and execution of in-store campaigns.
