Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Longview, Texas. You will help develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership to ensure a productive, guest-focused store environment.

As an AIT/Assistant Manager, you will train and motivate Teammates, manage merchandising, and execute store initiatives. You will assume Store Manager duties in their absence and pursue a path of advancement within Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to grow into a Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and deliver legendary guest service across all store areas.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee merchandising, display execution, and store operations.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team in day-to-day and during absences.
