Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer support.
• Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Supervise and develop store associates.
• Protect and secure all store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
