Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans to achieve standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

You will drive sales, manage teams, track inventory, and provide exceptional customer service while performing P&L analyses. The role demands a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• High-volume retail management with P&L accountability.
• Create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations to meet standards, sales and profit objectives.
