Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities and to drive the execution of travel center and restaurant business plans, ensuring sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will build and coach teams, manage staffing, and maintain vendor relationships while guiding operations across shifts, including nights and weekends. This role requires a strong customer focus and leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with responsibility for financial results
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments and drive sales
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and staff development
