Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and execute travel center business plans to hit sales and profit targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role includes leading and developing teams, conducting meetings with staff, driving sales, managing personnel, and performing P&L analyses. Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with financial responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability is preferred.
• Ability to create a customer-focused culture.
