Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume travel centers and restaurant operations, driving sales, achieving profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will build and coach teams, conduct meetings, manage inventory, maintain vendor relationships, and perform P&L analysis while aligning staffing with a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
