GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Connecticut. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team focused on excellent customer service and store success.

The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, plus second or third shifts. You will handle cash, supervise merchandising, and contribute to payroll and scheduling. Growth opportunities exist toward store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Ability to perform cash handling and basic math accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and deliver great customer service.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off duty.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
