This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with cleaning and basic store upkeep.
• Excellent English communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Take acting manager duties when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate excellence.
