Responsibilities

• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with tasks, scheduling, cash handling and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service standards.
• Analyze financial statements to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
