Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan.
• Assist Store Manager in evaluating the business and take steps to improve results.
• Assist in setting and monitoring store goals (daily/weekly).
• Assist in managing store expenses and adherence to policy.
• Support scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Develop staff to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Execute merchandise displays and maintain store appearance.
• Communicate with Store Manager on issues and performance.
