Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.

• Ability to apply retail math and operate a POS system.
• High level of initiative and accountability; meets deadlines.
• Detail oriented; able to prioritize multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan.
• Assist Store Manager in evaluating business and improving results.
• Assist in setting and monitoring store goals and expenses.
• Maintain final report accountability for store operations and staff.
• Assist with scheduling grass-root events and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on products.
• Manage store operations in the absence of Store Manager.
