You will drive sales, manage customer experience, and coordinate scheduling, training, and coaching. The position requires strong communication, retail experience, and the ability to balance operations with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years retail experience with 1 year supervisory preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to apply retail math.
• Excellent computer skills and POS experience.
• High level of initiative and accountability; able to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Detail oriented; meets deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan.
• Assist Store Manager in evaluating the business and improve results.
• Assist in setting and monitoring store goals and managing expenses.
• Ensure funds and merchandise handling per policy.
• Assist with scheduling grass-root events and staff coaching.
• Provide exceptional customer service and optimize store layout for selling.
• Maintain store operations standards and supervise Sales Associates.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct regular updates and feedback.
