Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

The RAM will work with the Store Leader to coach staff, execute promotions, manage pricing, and drive sales while maintaining audit readiness and a friendly, high-energy store atmosphere. OPENING availability and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
