Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who will lead by example, ensuring excellent customer experiences and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

The RAM will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and collaborate with the Store Leader to drive initiatives that improve service, sales and efficiency. Training and growth opportunities are available in a high-spirited, competitive team setting.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
