Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–3 years of related supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage budgets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily Retail department operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and monitor department performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory, merchandise orders, and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of events and amenities for personalized service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality across tasks.
