Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee cashiering operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and asset protection. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance while driving adherence to budgets and internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a leadership role in cashiering or casino operations, and strong English communication. This role demands a proactive, energetic approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three years progressively more challenging leadership role, cashiering or casino operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment for guests and co-workers.
• Be a gracious host to guests and team members.
• Promote community involvement and attend company events.
• Manage all cashiering operations for the shift and safeguard assets.
• Develop staff through training and performance management.
• Create methods and guidelines to maintain high service standards and monitor results.
• Maintain knowledge of player tracking systems and suggest improvements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and internal policies.
