Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive operational excellence and outstanding fan experiences at our San Francisco retail location.

You will support GM strategy, lead back‑of‑house operations, coach teams, and analyze key metrics, P&L, and guest feedback to improve performance.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management, strong communication skills, proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum two+ years of retail management experience at flagship/high-profile store.
• Experience with retail finance and P&L management.
• Experience managing a team of non-exempt employees with coaching and performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear direction and follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment and adhere to policies and laws.
• High integrity and collaborative approach with influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations and stockroom organization to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for all employees.
• Analyze daily operations and P&L to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Deliver outstanding fan experiences and execute promotions and events to drive traffic.
