Job summary

You will lead back-of-house operations, coach teams, and monitor key metrics and P&L to improve performance, using data-driven insights and a bold leadership style.

Collaborate with the GM/AGM to execute promotions and events, manage staffing and inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two or more years of retail management experience.
• Experience with retail finance and P&L management.
• Experience managing a team of non-exempt employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the GM/AGM strategy to deliver results.
