Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate in San Francisco, CA to deliver an exceptional fan experience on game days and during regular shifts. You will greet fans, answer questions, and help customers find top apparel and collectibles while upholding brand standards.

Key duties include processing sales using our POS, maintaining floor and stockroom standards, and collaborating across teams to drive sales and fan satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and move; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping to create an enjoyable experience.
• Make recommendations based on conversations and observations.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
