Qualifications

• 2+ years of external management experience or 6 months of Goodwill team lead experience.
• Experience in retail sales or evidenced potential for management through progression in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at the Canton Route 62 store.
• Help plan and direct all phases of store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Assist in meeting budget and sales goals by controlling costs/expenses.
• Establish the store as a community partner by developing relationships with customers.
