Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in interviewing and scheduling of staff.
• Direct, supervise and train retail staff in daily duties (donations, processing, sales).
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and banking, including daily reconciliation.
• Prepare reports such as donation counts, daily statements and store audits.
