The Family Place is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Resale Shop in Dallas to lead day-to-day retail operations, merchandise displays, and donor relations. You will drive revenue, manage pricing strategy, and supervise staff and volunteers while ensuring a trauma-informed experience for survivors using our voucher program.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence to maximize fundraising outcomes that support life-saving domestic violence services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education plus retail experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisor role.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and donation efforts with metrics review and staffing coordination.
• Oversee point-of-sale operations and customer service excellence.
• Train staff and volunteers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
