The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to supervise during the Store Manager’s absence while promoting a high standard of service and merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in planning and executing store operations.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure quality customer service.
• Support merchandising, restocking, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and uphold policies.
