Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, operating registers, and handling transactions.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Help schedule, train, and ensure compliance of employees, conducting safety meetings as needed.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, rotating, and creating displays following company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support the implementation of planograms to ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial accuracy through cashier accountability, cash handling, and secure deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
