Job summary

RoShay Services in Bethel Park, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and profitability. You will lead customer service efforts, help supervise staff, and ensure efficient cash handling and security procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, scheduling, training, merchandise receiving and stocking, and implementing planograms for strong product presentation. You’ll step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet shoppers, and operate cash registers.
• Assist in opening and closing the store multiple times per week.
• Help with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise handling, including receiving, stocking, restocking, and display setup.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, and documentation.
• Implement and uphold planograms to ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash handling procedures.
• Authorize refunds, perform register counts, and manage deposits.
• Assist in store management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
