Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of retail experience.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to open/close the store two days per week.
• Strong cash handling and deposit procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees.
• Manage merchandise, planograms and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce losses.
• Ensure cashier accountability and deposits.
• Support Store Manager in absence.
