Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, restock, and display products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control receipts and deposits.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cashier integrity and cash control; handle refunds/overrides as needed.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
