Job summary

Hibbett, Inc. Middlesboro, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in daily operations and drive customer service excellence. You will be knowledgeable in product areas, uphold company policies, and help promote merchandise in-store.

In this role you will supervise when the Store Manager is unavailable, assist with restocking, merchandising, and scheduling, and train staff to maintain high standards of service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments to uphold service and standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise while ensuring policy adherence and asset protection.
