Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support in personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain communication with the Store Manager on inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards as documented in manuals.
