Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and establishing action plans for selling, restocking, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Maintain inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and promote services and merchandise.
