Responsibilities

• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments
• Maintain quality customer service per policy manuals and procedures
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear
• Protect company assets and financial information through internal controls and reporting
