Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in absence.
• Lead personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service excellence per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
