• Retail leadership skills, including experience supervising teams, delegating tasks, and providing coaching and feedback.
• Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage customers, solve problems, and drive conversion in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational and organizational skills, such as cash handling, inventory management, and adherence to store procedures and safety standards.
• Communication and collaboration skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse team members.
• Basic business and analytical skills to interpret sales reports, identify trends, and support decision-making that improves store performance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, and to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior key holder or assistant management experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and support store leadership in driving sales and delivering a customer-first experience.
• Ensure product is well-presented and stocked, and model engaging customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing routines, cash handling, and adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Support scheduling, training, and coaching of store associates to build strong teams.
• Collaborate with management to analyze store results and execute promotional and visual merchandising directives.
