Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform varied store tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Team-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and functions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from customers.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Support opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store compliance.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and stock areas.
• Assist in ordering and handling merchandise, including loss prevention.
• Ensure store cleanliness, security of assets, and adherence to policies.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
