Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Memphis-area stores. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, recruit, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced pawn environment.

The role offers hourly pay of $17.50–$21.50, plus an earned commission up to 8% of gross profit and a bonus based on store performance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation after six months, and access to Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and train staff.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent for the team.
• Promote customer relations and satisfaction.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, and merchandising.
